Patients who carry any form of medical insurance should know that office services are charged directly to the patient and that the patient is responsible for payment.

As a West Los Angeles chiropractor, our office will supply an itemized statement to assist you in being reimbursed by your insurance company, however, we cannot render services on the assumption that our charges will be paid by any insurer. Your insurance policy is a contract only between you and your insurance company, and we are not a party to that contract. Please also be aware that some of the services we provide may  not be covered under certain health plans, or that your insurer may not consider them to be reasonable or necessary. We have found that most misunderstandings about insurance can be avoided if you understand what your policy provides.
