This is a must-see hotel. We were very pleased with the prices and stave accommodations in this comfortable establishment. Staff was excellent, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I felt safe. Building is older so you need to expect some building imperfections but overall it was nicely updated. I accidentally left my iWatch and charger in the room when I checked out and the hotel staff found it quickly and was able to mail it to my home address in Michigan! They are amazing, I will say here again when we return to visit family.

We were just wanting something close to Dodger stadium and wanted to try something different. Was not disappointed! We loved the room (1 king size bed). It was simple but elegant. Staff was intuitive and polite. They knew when we needed help and didn’t hesitate to ask if they could assist us. Little Tokyo Mall is right behind the hotel, and many restaurants on the same street. Will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is great value and really nice. The rooms are nice, have everything you expect from a good hotel, and a few extras. My favourite thing was the the Japanese style toilet with bidet, that was a really nice touch and that alone makes this my choice of hotel in the entire LA. The location is fantastic and for this price you will not do better in LA. I mean it really exceeded my expectations and I will definitely go there again next time I visit LA. Excellent.

It’s a good place to spend the night, it’s quiet and really great if your just looking somewhere to sleep, sometimes there a weeeeed smell (if you know what I mean) but I guess now everywhere smells like that haha

Staff is great. Too pricey during the remodel. Most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have a bar.

Had hoped to impress a client. Instead felt like a motel 8 where the employees wore suits.

Have heard it is charming when you can go in through the front door.

My family is a Hilton honors member and we have NEVER had anyone treat us the way this manager did we got there and she wouldn’t let us use the restroom. Then we have a tall van and the manager west being rood when the valet told us it would not fit under the parking space she continues to have a bad attitude to my family we came from the beach and we had bit such good cloths on and we think she based us off our cloths and how we looked. As we told her what valet said she started to raise her tone on us and we said we didn’t like her attitude and we left. The manager is very rude and had no name tag but she was of the Asian culture and we would not recommend this Hilton we have never had a Hilton experience like this and we are very disappointed

Assuming she was the manager because she had no uniform nor name tag, the manager was extremely rude when I told her the valet told us our vehicle wouldn’t fit in the parking garage while checking in. She kept insisting and said she “didn’t care what the valet said SHE is telling us it will fit” when it obviously wouldn’t as I saw the parking garage before I came in. I also asked about another Hilton hotel close by and parking she said with an attitude that she doesn’t know anything about the other hotels and we would have to call them to find out ourselves. She continued to talk over me and considering I’m a Hilton’s honor member I wouldn’t expect this attitude from an employee, let alone the manager. Horrible experience and will not be returning.

With a great breakfast, we had for almost two hours because we couldn’t stop enjoying the view. Dinner is also fresh and their cocktails are unique. The room is neat and clean. Warm water in the shower with good pressure. We had a great stay!

I had a bad experience staying here. No room service, bad parking service, took long to check in while dealing with the front desk. They double charged me for the room which I am in the works to get refunded to me. Reaching out to them over the phone I was not dealt with in a professional manner. Had to call in twice to receive a late check out of one extra hour that they did not want to give initially on the first call. I’d never stay here again. Just wasn’t satisfied with the service. But the room was decent looking.

The lobby looks to be newly renovated but other than that, the rest was a little dated. The room was clean but the outside window would not close all the way. Thankfully I stayed on a cooler day (70 degrees F) so the temp wasn’t an issue; however the previous days temps were in the 90s so you could tell they had the A/C turned all the way down to compensate. Even though the room was on a top floor, it still received a lot of road noise from the highway because of the opening. Fortunately, bugs were also not a problem.

Going to this hotel was like going back in time. The hotel and gym area are very 1920s/1930s. Never would I have guessed that a gym had a hotel on top. This is definitely a place for athletes in mind although all are well. The front desk attendant was so awesome in explaining the history of the hotel to me. Hotel has been around about a hundred years, really hard to believe. My room for the night was perfect. Great view. My only complaint would be that I believe a water cooler is used instead of air conditioning. Some of the items in the room felt kind of damp.

Nice place to be a member but the amenities are not fully back. No massages, no hair stylists, no spa, nada. Also, they used to have a great sports bar that’s gone and you can’t get food there in the middle of the day anymore. It’s only invention bar at 4pm and plunge until 2pm….what if someone wants to eat between 2-4pm and not a $60 salad at invention? Back in the day this place used to have a lunch/cafe on the 8th floor open on weekends. Great sandwiches and salads….this place is going down slowly…

This is a wonderful club i use to be member 20 years ago and just went back and stay at the hotel. Right know some areas of the hotel are under construction,
But hopefully they finish soon. I would love to go back again. Everything inside the decoration, the facilities the staffs are wonderful. Has a lot of beautiful places to sit down and enjoy.

I’m still going back to this hotel because it was fantastic and worth a stay. The quarters, the staff, and the services were all wonderful and beautiful. I’ve been there for a week lately, and I really enjoyed it. In addition, the climate has improved. It was more relaxed and fun to linger. It’s highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and professional and our hotel room spacious and clean. Very good value for the price. I only wish the choice of breakfast items was healthier, not ‘nuked’ and that they offered a wider selection of items.
I loved being in Chinatown though…so many things to see and do with an abundance of good Chinese restaurants in the area close to the hotel.

This quaint Chinese themed plaza has a lot to offer. I frequent the pharmacy, Tai On and the USPS postal outlet. There is a well established salon and a small convenience shop with a stuffed moose head! Clean, friendly shops with interesting architecture. A Best Western Hotel anchors this charming plaza.

Love the room but floors were really dirty in the bathroom. Your white towel will be brown after dragging it across the floor. The restaurant was great! Love the $90 dine credit you get when you are staying 3+ days. Only thing I hated was the $55 a DAY parking. You do not need to park there. I parked right around the corner for $6 every 10 hours. I had my rental out majority of the day exploring & parking it around 10pm and back out for adventures by the morning so I was paying around $6 a day. No need to park at the hotels over priced parking. There are lots of garages walking distance that are cheaper. You also will be charged a $200 hold which I didn’t know until arrival. No microwave & very small outdated fridges.

Whoa! I had the best time ever here! Got this place for a wonderful rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this hotel and I’m extremely happy I stayed here for less than what I normally spend.

I honestly had a wonderful stay. Right away I can tell they were following COVID regulations. At check in Miguel was just amazing. He made the whole interaction so personal and had such a wonderful attitude. He honestly made my whole trip amazing. The room he provided was definitely very clean and sanitized. Definitely not going to be last stay at Sheraton.

I think Benjamin checked us in ans he was very polite. Housekeeping service was done at our request and when we got back to the room it smelled fresh and everything was clean. My vacation week was fascinating and worth remembering. It was a prestigious and notable hotel that I planned to stay for the week. Everything that I needed was present on the suite that I am staying in. Amenities, furniture, and delicious foods were all there. Also, I loved the fact that the valet that I trusted was loyal and trustworthy to me. He made me feel like I was a one-week Queen at their hotel. All I could see was astonishing to my eyes and overwhelming to my heart. The place was secured, and the people were happy with each other. Till next time!

From the beginning we were greeted kindly. The have a cafe on the 1st floor and a rooftop restaurant. The view was nice with architecture to admire. When we entered our room it was warm and welcoming. The pillows had real feathers and the bed was comfortable. You sleep like an angel. With all this said i will be back to enjoy my time in LA.
